How your information is handled.
Spook Creative uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver projects, administer bookings and payments, and keep appropriate business records.
This notice also covers the information recorded when you review or electronically sign an agreement through our secure signing page.

What may be collected
Your name, email address, business or brand name, phone number if supplied, project and booking details, correspondence, payment status, and any information or files you choose to provide.
Agreement signing records
When you open or sign an agreement, we record the agreement reference and cryptographic document hash, link issue and expiry times, viewing and signing timestamps, the name and business you enter, your confirmations, browser information and network address. The network address is encrypted at rest. A signing certificate and audit events are retained with the unchanged agreement so that both parties can evidence what was accepted and when.
Why it is used
Information is used to take steps at your request, perform and administer our agreement with you, operate and secure the signing service, maintain accurate financial and project records, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
Storage and sharing
Records are stored on systems used by Spook Creative and may be processed by service providers needed to operate the business, including website hosting, email and payment providers. We do not sell personal information. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Retention
Unsigned signing requests and routine operational records are retained only for a limited period. Signed agreements, certificates and their audit records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction, or longer where reasonably required by law or an active dispute.
Your choices and questions
You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, or raise a concern about how it is used. Some records must be retained for contractual, tax, security or legal reasons. Contact contact@spookcreative.co.uk.
