Project scope, timings, fees and deliverables should always be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding proposal. All services, timelines and fees are subject to agreement on a per-project basis.
Electronic agreements
Where Spook Creative sends you a secure agreement link, the signing page identifies the exact agreement and asks you to confirm that you have read it, agree to it and have authority to accept it. Entering your name and submitting those confirmations records your intention to sign electronically. You should download and retain the agreement and signing certificate supplied after completion.
Intellectual property
Creative work, designs, layouts and written content remain the property of Spook Creative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
